SAN DIEGO, 5:12 p.m. June 13 (SIGNONSANDIEGO): A judge Tuesday set bail at $350,000 for a Customs and Border Protection officer accused of allowing illegal immigrants to be smuggled through his border inspection lane in return for cash and a Lexus.
