For mitsubishi having a direct injection diesel engine... ITS ABOUT TIME! Kailan kaya nila ipasok sa pinas is the 1million question. Pero yung iba, common rail na.

the 4m41 also has a high pressure nozzle tip similar in design to the isuzu common rail engine, so as the prado engine and the patrol. IMO they have the same principle but different terms lang.

4m40---TDIC 2.8L sohc t.chain mechanical injection, 123ps... but in 1998+ in japan, a 140ps efi was introduced...
4m41--3.2L TDIC dohc direct injection (Di-D) 160ps ata.. then ngyong 2007, nagkaroon ng Di-D-common rail na...

Ah, so the first Gen 3 Pajeros weren't on CRDi engines yet? Ok na rin yung power niya (160 ps) ng di pa CRDi.
