Frontier 4x4 vs. Strada 4x4 in Quarter Mile

Interesting... 99hp (strada) vs 103 hp (frontier). It'll be displacement vs. turbo. I havent driven the Frontier 4x4 but it could be better off the line but the Strada will begin to stride once the turbo kicks in.

TO make it more interesting, gawing mud trail yung quarter mile.

ive driven the frontier.... malakas. I havent driven a strada but it has an engine similar to a Paj. based on that medyo less malakas than the frontier. So id go with the frontier. But then again, the strada is lighter than the pajero so i could be wrong :mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:

while sa frontier, nothing beats a 3.2 li naturally-aspirated ??? diesel ... lakas talaga ng hatak sabi ng mga company driver namin.....parang kotse daw ang response sa acceleration..... automatic pa yun.......

pero nakita ko sa online catalogue ng nissan, ang HP ng frontier ay nakalagay 76hp, totoo ba to? ano ang totoong hp ng frontier 4x4? 4x2?

once again , hp figures is useless kung walang balance of nature baga . not familiar
with the perfromance of these trucks pero a turbo motor ? hmmmm , pareho bang 6
cylinder itong dalawa ? also height is big factor sa speed kaya obviously race cars are
lowered .

truck racing isn't new , dito sa San Diego merong 9 second F 150 at 11 second NA
na Chevy S10 .

Since we're looking at quarter mile, which these pick ups will do in about 20 seconds, that's a lot of time for the turbo to kick in.

Hands down, Strada (all stock) will take it. Here's my P1,000 bet.

And here's another P1,000 that the Ford Ranger 4x4 will win over the Fuego, Frontier, Strada, and HiLux.

And here's P50 that my 1997 Strada will win over the Ford Ranger 4x4.

P.S. When I was a salesman for Ford, I have test-driven the competition (except for the HiLux) as spying shopper. Hands down, Ranger will win.
