Need help for '06 starex crdi

Hi!
Can anybody here please HELP ME???! My 06 starex crdi manual was among the victims of typhoon Ondoy! I already dried up everything but it still doesn't start!!! Please GIVE ME SUGGESTIONS on how it will start. The engine just cranks up but doesn't continue! One more thing....where is the computer box located? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!! I'M BEGGING ANYBODY!!!!

We had a similar problem with a starex crdi that was flooded in Iloilo last year.
