W means for 2001 model

sir tanong ko lang kung anong year ang W nailabas ng lto kasi yung plaka ng sasakyan ko nag start sa W..starex 2001 model....tanong uli pwede bang magpaduplicate ng plaka kahit hindi lost plate..kasi luma na yung plaka ng sasakyan ko.....salamat........help

I have a 1999 Honda City (Oct), W ang start ng plate nya.. Ideally dapat hindi.. Unless may blooper ang LTO and issued a duplicate plate number to another vehicle..

Ang alam kong 2001 model, X na ang starting plate. Yung white pa ha, hindi rizal.

alam ko rin 1999 yan.. panahon ng mga City Type Z

as for plates, you can request for duplication of plates.. actual MV inspection, tapos OR/CR, TIN number and LETAS clearance. then papasurrender ung old delapidated plates.. a friend had his Beetle's plates changed after he restored this project car. pero matagal nya nakuha, mga 4mos-5mos ata.

best to check LTO na lang.
