Getz CRDi: Replacing the stock shift knob

Hello Folks!

Can anyone share the procedures/instructions for replacing the stock shifter knob on a Getz 1.5 CRDi? I want to change it to something more "sporty", but couldn't find any screws to remove the knob. Should there be a specific diameter to watch out for when buying a replacement knob (e.g. from Concorde, Blade, etc)?

The whole knob is a screw. Give it a good twist and it should come off.
