tips sir on buying 2nd hand starex..

mga sir plano namin bili ng 2nd starex na 00-01 dis weekend... gusto namin turbo diesel intercooler sana... any tips kung paano tumingin ng good condition na 2nd hand? panu po tignan or diagnosed yung engine? yung aircon? yung turbo? panu malaman kung may history engine na nag overheat?
