350 Z is a great car, but its performance isn't as great as people think.
The Honda S 2000 is a small convertable, light, mild power(but it could kill) good dynamics, a very well rounded car, gas efficient and a great car. Some people dont like it because of image or because its a honda, the fact is only a four cylinder might snob a few people off. But check it out a 240hp out of 2L or the current 2.2L gen that is 120hp per liter better than Ferrari or BMW period. The highest output 4 ylinder NA engine. Sign me up.
Since neither car is really a practical choice in any way, it's up to the buyer to decide their priorities.
The S2000 is probably the most hardcore and one of the "purest" sportscars you can buy today. No compromises. It's light, it's got a tight interior, a bumpy ride, and few amenities.
The 350Z has more low-down torque for everyday driving, a little more cargo space, and it's not as trigger-happy as the S2000. Oh, and it's got a V6. V6s almost always sound great. It's a fair bit heavier, though.
Personally...
I'd get a Mitsubishi Evo.
But that's just me.

Z looks better by a mile, the S2000 performs better though. Pero ang luma na ng S2000 so yun yung ayaw ko doon. E GT-R ayaw mo?

2 very nice cars. But, between a V6 and 4-cyl? I'll take the V6 350z. It's a matter of tastes. But, I feel a V6 is much more quiet and refined than a 4-cyl. The bigger engine can take abuse better and therefore age better. The 350z also looks better.
If I plan to keep the car for a long time and do a reasonable amount of abuse, it's the 350z for me although the S2000 isn't really that far behind.
I'd elevate both cars beyond the Evo (or the STi). The Evo may have better performance. But over time, the build quality of both the 350z and S2000 will hold up better than the two rally-bred cars. I've seen relatively recent Evos and Sti's. They already rattle and squeak pretty bad.

Nissan 350Z would be my choice over the S2000. The S2000 has a weaker bottom end power which would affect slow speed drivability as compared to the 350Z.
both are awesome rides, but ill go with z if for daily driving, then s2000 if a weekend ride. tons of aftermarket for z and you might either like or get annoyed by the exhaust note (this i know since mine sounds very similar and loving it for almost 5 years already).

If you like a sporty car na reasonably priced, I suggest you get a Subaru STI nalang. At 2.3M , I think sulit na sya esp if ok lang sa iyo M/T. Interestingly, the latest STI is a much more comfortable ride compared sa previous version.
But if you really have to choose between the 350Z and S2000, siguro yung 350Z nalang although for me, it doesn't feel that fast (sa stock) and I noticed that you have to be very careful sa speed humps and parking buildings.
