cons -- rusty roof
stab link and trailing arm annual repalcement
aircon produces foam like things lalo na kung bagong linis.
water getting inside the trunk
stuck up or very slow power windows sa likod.

pros
sarap driving experience
matibay makina
ganda porma
you'll have no prob with power (if your not into racing)
high resale value
and most of all... vtec!

with my experience... got a civic LXi 2000, wala naman po overheating. still midway ang temp ko. though im due for water pump replacement na. hirap na eh.

1. only common sa model 95 pababa. 96 pataas napaka bihira.
2. depende siguro sa kalsada na palagi mo tinatakbuhan.
3. wala pa naman ako naranasan. baka depende sa shop na naglilinis.
4. dahil yung labi na kinakapitan ng goma is malambot. pwede i DIY. pukpukin mo lang uli para umangat. matagal uli yan bago bumaba.
5. wd40 lang katapat nyan sir. minsan kasi pag bihira mabuksan bintana natin sa likod e talagang nadudumihan kaya hirap. spray mo sa chanel mismo.

matibay po makina ng honda. pero kahit anong sasakyan pag napabayaan e sigurado may chances na mag overheat.

sir lexter, tama po, yung sakin, wd 40 lang ok na ulit power windows ko.

yung sa aircon naman, sooner or later lalabas po yan, yan po yung tumitigas na foam under the dash board. hirap patangal kaya hintay na lang a ko lumabas sa aircon.

sa stab link and trailing arm bushing naman, hmm.. baka nga the rough roads sa may lugar namin kaya ganon pero same din sa ibang ek owners na kilala ko.

sir lex, meron daw sa ilalim ng dash board na foam and kung tumitigas, sa vent na ang tuloy. pero mauubos naman.. wag lang tutok aircon sa mata kasi nakakapuwing. hehehe

pros:
1. best in class ride (versus similar competitors), not too firm nor wallowy
2. Noise intruding the cabin is very minimal
3. good power (but not for racing fanatics)

cons:
1. drinks more gas than the competition (matic)
2. terrible shift shock (matic)

Pros & Cons.....NONE! I assume that you're really like that honda. If you maintain that car properly it will serve you faithfully. If you neglected on it that's the CONS.
