Grabe pala sa Tahara Plant ng toyota haha. Workers have to air shower first before working to take off the dust. They exercise frequently and every gap , screwbolt and paintjob is measured perfectly. Kaya pala ang mahal ng RAV4 kasi ganito rin ang pagkagawa hehe. Ganito rin kaya yung quality ng toyota factory dito sa pilipinas at sa thailand? Haha
BTW , there's a blog on the net made by toyota workers at Tahara Plant. Employees at toyoya actually HOPE NOT TO GET ASSIGNED TO TAHARA. They call it "Tahara Prison"
