2007's crv 2.0 m/t or pearl white civic?

I like the CR-V better, much more comfortable seats. In terms of fuel consumption, a compact SUV is usually less fuel efficient than a compact car, but I assume you're talking about the 2.0 Civic... which still uses the K20 engine. I believe that the R20 engine of the CRV is more fuel efficient for its displacement, although the K20 feels torquier and more powerful.
