Saw a number of Golf R32s in South Africa. Got a picture of a unit being displayed at a mall. Ang ganda, but never saw them run though. Looks like tamed and conservative fast machines.

An interesting(but more expensive) alternative to the Golf R32.

The lighter(by 154kg) and slightly more powerful 265hp Audi S3 TFSI Quattro...

Instead of opting for a big 3.2 liter V6 like the Golf R32 and A3 V6, they made a more powerful version of the lighter more compact turbocharged inline-4 for the S3.
