Thumbs down 2007 Lc 100 4x2?

I was reading C! 2007 Buyer's Guide and I am so excited to browse my favorite 4WD the LAND CRUISER 100. But, only to find out that it is being offered only in 2WD... kakalungkot naman... by the way 3.934M ang price nila.

Engine: Front
Drive: Rear

Luxurious to almost Lexus standards, the Land Cruiser is a commendable but a highly expensive statement of success. Recently freshened to modernize both exterior and interior appointments, its basic drivetrain remains the same. Should be the benchmark in off-roading until you find out it's just 2WD! So, if it's a city slicker, best look elsewhere.

Pero meron binebenta sa [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] LC100 and LC105.. ganda.

It's a pity that enthusiasts will have to source their beloved LC100 from the gray market.

natatandaan ko pa ang Toyota ads nila sa Readers Digest nung bata pa ako na "Land Cruiser - when there is no road he makes his own."

Baka misprint lang sya. I saw one on display sa Toyota Quezon Ave recently. If I'm not mistaken, parang naka cloth seats lang sya and not yet leather.

ang problema, mahirap i-revert back to 4x4 ang LC100 since hindi sya solid diffs sa harap. actually kaya, but it will be too expensive.

yun nga lang, to begin with, the 4x2 Patrol is no where as expensive as the LC100. it's even cheaper than the LC120 Prado. Come to think of it, the LC120 comes in 4x4, transmission na lang ang pinagpipilian. why Toyota, why?

baka gagawin nila yung ginawa sa patrol... they sell it as 4x2 tapos you buy a kit to make 4x4...
