safari clutch problem?

hello diesel peeps...

i recently checked out this safari thats for sale...when first stepped on the clutch pedal malambot but when i stepped on it again..tumigas..sobra!...ano kaya ang prob nito?

mmda::: Hindi po dapat matigas yung clutch pag tapak nyo. Imagine driving it with a stiff clutch, mahihirapan po kayo nun.

As what Ser Otep asked, did you happen to check the clutch while the engine was running? Normal po kasi pag patay ang makina at tinapakan nyo ang clutch titigas sa dahilanang ubos po ang hangin sa pag bomba ng clutch.

the engine was not running at that time...parang ngayon ko lang na experience yung clutch na ganon kahit nakapatay ang makina..is that normal? i have a nissan ultra eagle..it doesnt do that...

mmda::: Based from my experience, normal po yung pag tigas ng brakes and clutches pag nakapatay ang makina. Wala po kasing hangin na galing sa makina para bombahin ang mga brakes and clutch.

Tsaka po ang mga malalaking sasakyan ay kinakailangan ng extra air or pressure to pump, not like pick-ups, magaan po ang body.

hydrovac din ba clutch ng safari? if thats the case pwede syang tumigas pag patay ang engine.

fierari::: yes, and yes again...

Di naman sya titigas agad mga after 3-4 pumps tsaka lang sya titigas. Para pede pa magamit yung clutch if ever jump starting would be needed.

Thru expirience in handling different vehicles ko rin lang natutunan yan.

afrasay::: OT: Oks na po yung mga mudguards, just a flick bumalik sa dati without any adjustments.

BTW, I'm planning to change it with the aftermarket ones, yung naka flip back na, with wires attached at the back. Para di ko na sila ibabalik every after offroading trip, hehehe
