Corolla Bigbody vs Corolla 'lovelife'

Hi Guys,

Need your input on the bigbody vs 'lovelife'.. which is better in fuel economy, maintenance cost and overall value, taxi drivers tend to say the bigbody is 'mas matibay' daw.... i am looking at both XE 1.3 variants (97 bigbody vs 98 lovelife)..

big body corolla is spacious than the love life corolla. If you are looking for power amenities (power windows and door locks) meron sa later version ng love life corolla XE. I think it even has a driver airbag.

Think of it this way, the two shares the same engine, tranny, chassis basically shell and interior lang nagkakaiba hehe.

yung after ng big body corolla, yung ae111. mas maliit. lumabas siya nung 1997 till early 2001.

Though the big body isn't bad, mas decente lang tignan pag newer model.

pero big body is a classic.

ae92 = small body
ae101 = big body
ae111 = "love life" tawag nila kasi yun yata slogan sa mga commercials nito noon.
zze120 = curent corolla altis

pero sa 3 corollas na yan, favorite ko yung ae92 (yeh love your own, joke!). I mean, love ko performance and design. May GLi ae111 kami pero nababagalan ako hahaha.
