1999 Lancer Glx @ 268K, a good buy?

Hi guys, I am a newbie when it comes to cars. At last i will be buying my 1st car, 2nd hand nga lang.

After looking for a car fit for my budget and need, I want to settle to a 99 Mitsubishi Lancer Glx.Below are the specs:
-matic
-all power
-99 model but acquired in 2000
-1st owned
-mileage is 36,000 +
-alarm
-indash cd
-gray leather seats
-rain gutter
-visor

makinis naman so far. no major repairs according to the owner, except change oil and spark plug lang.

i compared it to the other cars like toyota and honda and in terms of the price, 97 model na yung makukuha ko sa iba.

what do you think guys? is this is good buy? kung kayo ang bibili would you go for it? it's still negotiable.hanggang magkano ba dapat ko itawad dun?

Sure ka nde tampered yung mileage? Parang ang baba kasi...

imho. may kataasan pa ng konti. should be around the 240-250k range. and yes, sobrang baba pa nung mileage. baka nai-atras yung odo ha?

thanks for the replies guys. ang sabi ng seller ay kaya nasa 36,000+ lang ang mileage dahil s dad nya yun na kapitan ng barko.pag wala yung dad nya ay service ng mommy nya dito lang sa metro manila.in fact ang pinakamalayo pa lang daw na narating ay sto.tomas batangas.although at first di ako makapaniwala na ganun lang kababa.parang digital na yung odometer e, is it prone to tampering pag ganun? is there a way to find out if the odometer has been tampered?

tinawaran ko, hingi ko na 240K na lang pero ayaw ibigay.huling tawad ko ay 250K pero walang pang reply.kung ibibigay ng 250K baka kunin ko na yun.so far ganda pa naman ng car.pero pa-check pa yun sa mekaniko.
