help 98 galant vr

is it advisable to buy a 98 galant vr? what are its pros and cons? if not adviseable what other used cars in the price range of 250k is considered good? what are my options? help please...

98 for 250k seems quite reasonable.
the usual -- sakitin ang suspension, AT tranny can get damaged quickly, the idle servo almost always gets damaged (cheap fix).

sarap nga pormahan yung galant... kaso ang mahal ng gaso....
gusto rin kasi ng galant,,parng di na sya practical ngayon,. ano ba fuel consumption nito??

galant what ba? 7gen VR (rayban) o 8gen VR 2.5L (pating) model? may lumabas narin kasing '98 model na 8g VR 2.5L V6 eh,.. well quite high for the consumption if you want that 7g V6,. pero kung tuned naman yun (better spark plugs, oils, lubricants + good inflated tires + good driving habits) ok naman,. no problem at all,. lalo na sa rektahan,.. sarap patakbuhin,..

well some drawbacks are mechanical problems like orly mentioned,.. truly agree wid him, marami ngang sakit ang 7g galant,. pero napagdaanan ko na lahat yun, so tiyagaan na lang,.. but I can't afford to lose that ride,. anyway it's still a GALANT!!!

mine is only a 7g 2.0L SS (4 cylinder).. ok narin takbo and fuel consumption,.. konting mods lang and tuning ng kotse to achieve some fuel efficiency & more power,.. syempre driving habits is crucial din,.. ganda pang pormahan,..just my 5 cents! ..gud luck brow!
