Revo Backdoor noise and squeaks

Here are some pics that might solve your backdoor noise and squeaks. The noise and squeaks are not factory defect, regular maintenance lang po ang kelangan.

Post your comments/suggestions kung mali po yung mga terms/words na nakasulat. The pictures are also available on the Photo Section of the revo yahoogroups (TROC).

I also have a similar problem with my pop's Revo SR. For some weird reason, pag naka-ignition na, naka-ilaw yung "Door Open" warning light, and the most common reason is an "open" rear door--eh madalang naming binubuksan yun. Bakit kaya...?

di ba may limit switch iyon? ..try mo adjust iyon baka kahit naka close na ang rear door ninyo pero hindi niya inaabot mabuti or sagad ang switch para mag off ito,ganito din problem sa revo ng pinsan ko . pag normal lang ang pagsara ng door naka 'ON' pa din ang sa panel ,but once nilakas ang pagsara doon lang nag switch OFF ang Door Open indicator light

baka po hindi fully closed yung back door ninyo kaya naka-ilaw pa din.. pag malakas po ba ang pag-sara ninyo eh naka-on pa rin? if yes, baka kelangan palitan or adjust yung switch sa loob ng back door, not sure kung anong klaseng switch ng back door natin

Nanotice ko nga, parang bukas pa rin kung bubuksan yun. Wear and tear siguro... 'Di naman ganun before.

get a screw driver, open the back door, tapos yung sa center lower part where the door locks, i-simulate po ninyo yung door closing using the screw driver, take note na double lock pa yan..
sa 1st click, ilaw pa din yung 'door ajar' light
sa 2nd click, di na po dapat ilaw yung 'door ajar' light

then don't forget to open the back door before ninyo isara ng tunay.. hehe
