Whats the best 2nd Hand SUV for 1M?

Just additional post cant seem to decide will be getting one soon. Need your opinion guys especially prado vx 97 and pajero owners. Budget is 1M + or -

1M is a lot of purchasing power...for the pre-owned SUV market. i'd get very well kept units of any of the following:

1. prado VX, or the toyota colorado - square/boxy landcruiser local
2. pajero 2800 automatic (get something from 99-00)
3. nissan safari patrol exec series from 99-01
4. landcruiser, um 100 series? - the UN versions dunno what they're called sorry
5. the kia SUV, m/t diesel version. brandnew sells for 995T lang DAW. forgot the name, pero it's jolly good value for money. comes with rear LSD and 4x4 switch (hi-lo).

u can also take your pick from any one of the converted vehicles...a montero (pajero) gen II, gas GDI 3.0 from subic ought to be less than 1M. lucky ka if you get one from the USDM, bacause they're OLHD.

i didn't recommend the trooper because it looks a little dated and most local versions came in only 4x2. 4x4 troopers came with a borg-warner thingy 4x4 system that didn't get good reviews from some websites i've been to...will furnish links later. bootmline is, for your money you can get a true 4x4.

+1 for those choices. and make sure the gen 2.5 is a 4x4, not the FR ones.

if i were u, id get a pajero gen2.5 4x4 or a prado vx....ok na yun. if u want u can add a safari or an lc80 to the list. the 2 latter medyo old na bulit tough.

Landcruiser, VX model. Ibang klase ang dating, and they're damn tough. Suave, urbane looks, plus great off-road capability (suitably modified, of course ).
