you can get a Sentra series 3 1.4L that is relatively fresh than the equivalent corolla.
Marami talagang choices (1990 to 1995 Corolla 1.3 and 1.6, 1997 to 1999 Sentra 1.3, 1.4 or 1.6, 1996 up Mazda Familia, 1995 up Lancer, etc...). My advice is to take your time and look at what cars you considered and get the one you find to best suit you in price and condition. Rushing a 2nd hand car purchase can be more costly and give more problems down the road.
cool...thanks for all the replies..btw, i noticed..walang nagrerekomend ng honda...i've seen a couple of advertised 2nd hand honda 92(hatchback) to 97 (city) for that price range...actually comparing toyota and honda...your thoughts please..thanks again..
take it easy when you contact dealers or sellers. even if you need one soon, dont appear that you want to buy something asap. baka mahirapan ka makipag bargain. good luck.
speaking not from experiences, but people i know who rushed into getting one and most of them either not getting the best deal or regretting it.
