Default Buying a Delica need info

Planning to buy a van choosen delica cause of its price and parts availability.
Canvassed by phone subic price 270k manila 300k. I have been looking from the pictures here in the net pansin ko lang the vehicles from subic have a cleaner or should i say medyo maayos paang loob.

Yung mga van ba for sale sa manila are already used, i mean gamit na nga ito sa japan pero ginamit na rin dito sa pinas?

lastly yung units ba sa subic ay mas mahusay yung conversion? and all in all masmaganda ba if i buy in subic? My 2nd option is a space gear subic price daw is 400k. Im sold kasi by the looks of this vans, reminds me of a toy

Thanks

50/50 chance of probability dahil hindi mo naman talaga malaman kung galing na sa isang local owner yung van.

My advice is that you do some leg-work and go to Subic. There are quite a number of yards there so you might want to spend some time assessing their work and their available units. Also, you can get a Delica Exceed L300 at around 260K in a couple of yards.

Depende sa vendor. Case in point: there are two used car lots in the vicinity of EDSA corner Proj. 7 that sells Delicas. I've visited both in the past. Kaya, I advice that you take some time and go to Subic.

Depende sa nag-convert. Before you buy, I recommend you inspect the van bottom to top, every nook and cranny. Bring a mechanic along. Inspect the electrical works. May nag-convert kasi na spaghetti ang wiring. IOW, check everything. Better safe than sorry. Pero, walang converted na would give you 100% guarantee of safety and reliability. But, if you want some form of quality assurance, look for converted Delicas that have been inspected by VTech. VTech does one of the best QAs for vans in Subic. AFAIK, VTech QAs are recognized by the DOTC and LTO.

IMO, yes. Mas makakamura ka y 5-12T compared kung bibili ka sa Manila. You would also have some form of personal assurance na you would be the first local owner. Not to mention, marami ka pang pagpi-pilian na yards.

Much better yung L400 Delica (Space Gear) compared to the L300 Delica. Nga lang, mas madaling hanapan ng pyesa ang 4D56 engine (L300 Delica) kaysa 4M40 (L400 Delica Space Gear).

Good luck and happy hunting.
