Lancer GSR 2003 or Civic vTi 2002

Need performance feedback on GSR 2003 and Civic vti 2002.

Are they equal in terms of performance?

Which car is performs best in fuel efficiency?

How about maintenance?

I believe the VTi should have better performance with its more advanced engine. The GSR also has pretty good power though, but sadly, no manual gearbox is available for the 2003 model. Both models should be efficient too, but I'm not really sure about maintenance.

Honestly, these cars on your list are not my preference. I'd only get a 2002 VTi because of good interior space and that still slick stickshift. Otherwise I'd be better off in the previous model. It has a much better driving position and sportier handling from its double wishbone suspension (vs. conventional struts in the current model), which is more fun.

sir, namimili dn ako dito sa dalawa... penge naman po ng mga specs and features ng bawat car... plis plis plis saka bagkano kaya price difference nitong dalawa? thnx in advance po

pag hinde mo kelangan mo ng space sa vti ako pero pag wala pang family edi sa gsr na.. salpakan lang ng 17's lowering springs.. tapos turbo.. the best!

2003 GSR - 1.6 124 PS, automatic only (yuck!)
2002 VTi - 1.7 130 hp or 1.6 110 hp (can't be 1.6 130 hp)
