Starex Gas Tank Leak (?)

We have a late 2000 Starex van (9 seater, manual trans.), bought 2nd hand last year. First time I filled up the gas tank, nag overflow yung diesel. Pinapuno ko pa ng husto pagkatapos mag auto stop nung gas pump. Question ko eh meron bang "breather" ang gas tank ng starex o butas na yung tangke. Overflow comes from the top of the tank. Info naman sa nakakaalam.

Tuloy tuloy ba? Baka may natapon lang na fuel dun sa paligid ng filler pipe which subsequently drained there.

Tuloy-tuloy eh. Gusto ko nga kasi sana punuin hanggang filler pipe pero ayaw mapuno. Yun pala overflow na yung diesel.
