Word from the grapevine is that the Xterra might be brought in next year.

I like the design though. The size reminds me of the X5.

probably not... US market ito... i think the terrano (pathfinder) will be going up against the 4runner (on-frame construction, live axle, low range, luxury midsize off-road SUV), xterra against the jeep liberty (cheap off-road SUV) -- as well as the cr-v, rav4, and escape/tribute --, and the murano against the highlander/honda pilot (mainstream soft-road midsize SUV)...
