Ever wondered why Expeditions and F150s depreciate like rocks in a pond?
Like I always say, if you have the Phps to feed an expedition, then by all means, take advantage of its beautiful ride and excellent V8.
But if your'e like me who lives with a strict budget, and values proven Reliability, Race Bred Toughness, Easy Maintenance, 7.8kms/L of diesel, 3 way adjustable suspension (really works) and a Real World Useable 4x4 system, then you know what to get.
Good looks are just a plus! But of course, dont expect speed to be part of the resume.
naku ito din ang tanong ng dad ko sakin...sagot ko pajero eh...but the whole family wants expedition...the problem is they don't understand that owning an expedition means having a deep responsibility of getting enough $$$ to gas it up and make it move always....
if he can afford to shell out at least P2000 / week on gasoline (for around 250 kms) then by all means go and get it. don't forget the bling bling mags! be sure to maximize the use of the Exped everytime they bring it out by loading it with as much passenger as possible.

Medyo malakas sa gas (for our budget). We still love our Pajeros more (4d56 and 6g72).
We don't plan on getting another one (we didn't even plan on getting the one now). GEN III or LC120 na lang na used when it comes to trade in.
The Pajero is also very cheap to maintain and can be worked on by almost any shop (kahit sa bundok nakahanap ako ng mekaniko).

frt, it looks like the owners of the last true Pajeros are selling off their units. Pag meron man, sobrang mahal.
